A new freelance consultant that now has to organize client meetings. How you do this effectively so it improves the relationship instead of feeling like drudgery? 3.   • Is this just some more junky theory I will never apply?

    Definitely not! In each module, we have you going back to your calendar or your meetings so you can apply the theory and figure out how to improve them. It's hands on. Not some pie in the sky theory.

  • Why would I believe you know anything about this topic?

    The course instructor has worked in IT for the last 20 years for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she spent two years researching and building meeting performance software, literally gathering feedback from hundreds of people on meeting pain points. And you have a lot of meeting pain!
